Nostalgia Nationals

5-7 May 2023

Santa Pod Raceway

The year’s first major nostalgia event at Santa Pod Raceway – the annual Nostalgia Nationals.

As well as all the usual on track action from our Pre ’73 RWYB entrants, the quarter mile will echo to the massed ranks of Wild Bunch, Nostalgia Superstock, Outlaw Anglia, Supercharged Outlaws and Gasser Circus.

Don’t forget to check out the NSRA stand, where the Committee will not only be on hand to chat and sell you some official NSRA merchandise. They will also be keeping an eye on the RWYB entries, looking for candidates for the ‘Quick Six’ trophies. They don’t have to be the fastest, or the shiniest, just seen to have entered into the spirit of the event and hit the quarter mile.

Don’t forget to come and say hello at the Nostalgia Nationals merchandise stall and grab a T shirt, mug or poster or two. Just be quick, as always, demand is high and when they’re gone, they’re gone.

The 2017 Event

23rd – 25th June 2017 saw the 24th and final NSRA Nostalgia Nationals to be held at Shakespeare County Raceway in Warwickshire.

The ever popular Outlaw Anglia racers celebrated their twenty fifth anniversary over the weekend, including a ’street shoot out’ on Friday, open to all sit up and beg Anglias, Populars, Prefects and Fordsons.

Along with the usual array of Wild Bunch and Supercharged Outlaw competition cars and Gasser Circus competitors, the event hosted the Tri-Chevy shoot out featuring Chevrolet’s finest from 1955, 1956 and 1957. Two further action packed days of run what you brung racing, live entertainment on both Friday and Saturday nights and a free courtesy bus available for all visitors, between the track and Stratford Upon Avon (Saturday only).
