Well here's a quick update on how we got running in outlaw anglia this weekend, Sat was nice and sunny a far change from easter!! Decided to have a couple of runs with the rung wot you brungers, before our first qual run due at 6 pm. Having waited for ages for our turn to run we finally got to the start, As the car left the line it bounced quite hard and came out of gear, reviewing the video it shows the car unloading the rear tires, same again on the second and third run no matter what we tried. First round we took some base out of the clutch and turned down the launch rpm, ran well 1.32 60ft but then fried the clutch top end which resulted in a late night working. Sun was sunny again but was supposed to be raining. 1st run of the day and we finally made it down the track. A 9.55 with a bit more base and some weight on the clutch. 2nd run leaned out the fuel a bit but ran a 9.57 and the mph was down. 1st round of eliminations saw the best colours pair up! yes team orange against the orange pop team!! unfortunately the orange pop team won a close race so we was on the trailer home. So we learned that our new wheelie bar is to low, we think we need to upgrade the msd to match our new compression and the data logger is telling us lies :o well that's what we think but we could be wrong. Roll on the main event.

This one is thats why they are sending us a new one :) the engine rpm looks like the alps and arcording to the input/prop shaft sensors there was no clutch slip even though the clutch was glowing and had great rainbow colours.
