Sent you a PM.
I may have one, but if I have I'm pretty sure that it doesn't have the ringgear fitted to it.
There are different types according to the original application. The P5B/P6B RV8 BW35 uses a compensator mounted on the bellhousing in the linkage and the lever on the box is different to most of the...
For which gearbox?
Yes, and a thoroughly decent chap as well. He had a lovely REO cab and front end recently.
Will do, I'll be in touch.
I might know someone that has (or had) one. He bought it to fit to a Rover V8, but although the footprint was right, it would have needed a pulley making and various other bits doing to get it to fit...
If the person you're looking for is going to work exclusively for you on those fixed hours then they can't be self employed, they have to be an employee on PAYE.
FYI That's a RV8 BW35 bellhousing, and an early one at that.
It was obviously Chrome Series 2 XJ6 wheels my mate had on his MGC then.It all seems so clear now.....[:D]
I don't think they are, I think they're 5x5 because Rover Rostyles fit straight on MGC's.
Edit:
(Or was it Jag that went straight on? I know it's one or the other because a mate of mine had one,...
It's a Stag box. It will have a smaller front servo than the boxes fitted behind Rover V8's.

There are different types according to the original application, but if you have some idea of what you need (in other words how your selector linkage is going to work, or what gearlever you're...
Range Rover flywheels are bigger, and wont fit inside 2WD LT77 bellhousings.
I'm not sure if a 35 will fit, but I'm also not certain if all the 65/66 ones are the same either, but I do have Jag and Triumph 65/66 box flanges. PM me if they are what you need.
Not completely true, you do need the P5B/6B crank pulley and alternator bracket to match the P6B waterpump, but the front cover is the same apart from having a better oil pump on the SD1, and a hole...
That is a P6 manifold, but it is difficult to tell from pictures whether it is large or small bore. I would guess that one is the small bore.
They're not handed, (Unless you are running an AED which is unlikely) but there are two different types, for either large or small bore front pipes.
The bolts are 3/8" UNF x 5/8" long and they are used with special washers which are 3/8" x 3/4" x 1/8" thick.
I'll look for 4 tomorrow.

P5B saloon and coupe are the same axle, P5's are the same axle with a different ratio and different size wheel...
