    glad you're still on it tim.
    re the fan shroud in one of the strip down pics, is it close to the rad' core of spaced away from it (above and below the fan)? if it's too close it'll block airflow only allowing air through where the fan is. i was going to look back to see how you'd done it but then saw we're on page 85 of the build so........

    Thanks Neil, I made it under advisement if I remember correctly I think it's about 40mm deep mate, sound okay?

    So… It’s engine out time…
    After a struggle the kits all out of the shed.



    And on the arrival of my trusted helper we’re up and running



    After a bit of brain racking, we realise how we go it in, so now we remember how to get it out! Gently does it!





    Who is that bald old bugger?





    This we could do without!! Twice that tarp came to the rescue.



    All done and on the stand with a “That’s been a tough afternoon” look on Amy’s face.



    All wrapped up ready for the next storm.



    I’ll get the heads off soon and see how she looks inside.
