Few more update pics. Cars now rolling, just taken it to a friends garage for a few weeks, should see some real progress starting now. Just taken delivery of fire system, it's a moved gas system as used in f1 cars, very nice, few kill switches and breather/overflow bottles. Will be making the mounts for this stuff up and having the rear doors mounted on pit pins so they are easily removable at the track. Mini rack has been narrowed and mounted, as well as steering arms made up. Thanks for looking!

    Hi Dan,

Great work, will be great fun on the track, good luck with the rest of the build.

I'm guessing you may be running in the "four" doorslammer series

    Cheers,

Thanks for all the kind words.I really appreciate it. I should have The front end mounted by the end if march and that is when I'll really see if the image in my head is correct! Currently searching for some rear wheels and trying to get my head round a colour to put on it......green is a big possibility, what do you think peeps?

When My dad bought his two tone green Super Minx in 68 the neighbours all said "green cars are unlucky" but he drove it for years with no incidents. If you fancy it, go for it mate!
