What are my options for a New/SH radiator to keep a 3.5 V8 cool in a Pop ?

stand a side to side rad upright and get the filler soldered on top. seems more choice of that type of rad nowadays.

Dunno about that - it's a modern one. Old Mk2 Jag/Daimler rads were popular () as they fit well at the back of a Pop grille and will cool a Rover or other small V8. Unfortunately they're not as common in scrap yards these days so might be a bit harder to find.

As mygasser suggested, it might be easier to find a newer crossflow rad and turn it on end, but you've still got the problem of finding one that isn't made of plastic and aluminium.

Favourite would be to buy a new one built to order (see adverts in Custom Car). More expensive, but hopefully "fit and forget".

if you cant get a mk2 jag radiator Tony, try a Landrover Discovery series 1/2 v8 one. if you decide take a tape measure for a walk round the local scrappy your looking for something around 23 inches tall and 17 inches wide with a 3 inch core. any bigger will be a bit of a problem

Nope thats a new style S type, you want old S type with a rad in the same plane as a Pop
