    It looks absolutely beautiful... not sure if i like it more with or without the paint... both pictures look awesome.... enjoy your ride and looking forward to seeing it around for a closer look..

    How long did it take to get from the first photos to the finshed car? It looks great, by the way.

    @Flathead Elmo Thanx, I've got to say I liked it better without paint.
    @rem it took a lot lot longer than promised grrrrrrrr.
    @ Brizey thanx as well. We're coming over from Germany especially for the Nats. Get ready to rumble there's going to be over 25 of us

    Any advice or help given is actually based on having done the job, not read about doing it or Googling it.

    Yes, the full fender Dearborn runs nice and quick.
    I drove it from Darmstadt to Frankfurt, the Convertible runs nice, even with
    150mp/h on the autobahn . There was room & power for more, but the rpm is in this set up (TH350) too high.
    A custom gearstar TH 200 overdrive will power the deuce soon, for lower rpm, better gas milage and maybe more top speed ,

    Our local frankfurt car club / goodguys/rhein-main-cruisers will show up at the supernats with a couple new hot rods this year.
