from the day i receive your membership application, either by post or by online submission, it can take upto 21 days to process your application.
In reality its turned around quicker than that, as a rule, but i cant rely on the postal service.
If you are wondering when your "guest" status turns to "member" on the forum, that happens when i have processed your application and let the moderators know.
