    I am often amazed by the ingenuity of Hotrodders, everything has the ability to perform another function, stool as chassis stand, engine stand as chassis stand and the trusty workmate performing the same duty

    cheers john, happy new year to you mate
    not done much for a few days, as the primer I used has taken ages to dry, and now ive been rubbing it down it just comes off with spirit wipe so looks like i'll be stripping it off and having another go with somthing else

    Paul use epoxy primer it will be hard in a few hours and won't come off with anything.
    Any advice or help given is actually based on having done the job, not read about doing it or Googling it.

    not much progress of late as ive had man flu done a bit tis afternoon

    whilst I was garage banned, I made this for the wall

    knocked a couple of these up today from 6mm plate,and welded them on

    the holed flanges I purchased from mr lang, ta mate

    Ah I see where they went, I thought you was using them for a cage mount as they are 1.625"
