So i managed to finish a bit early today(driving a school bus)got home and the sun was shining, so took the willys out for a quick road test, steering is very good, more lock than it had before, but its nose is definitely up, we'll see how it goes, might try longer coilovers on the back as it sits a bit low, needs a few miles putting on it and see how we get on
    More soon

cheers again chaps, had another little spin in it today, we do have a problem with its new ride height, that we cant get it out of the alleyway to the garage without dragging the exhaust tips and the number plate on the road outside (got serious adverse camber at the kerbside ) spose its new nose up a bit stance has pushed its ar$e end down, looks like we need to invest in some longer coilovers
sorry we didn't make the breky meet john, forgot I had to service wifeys daily today, we'll make the next one

Looks wikid Paul, even if the ar$e goes up a bit it'll still have a top stance mate.

so just a quick update, the winding up of the coilovers has improved its ar$e dragging problem, rides better too, still touches just a bit, but i can live with that, fronts still too high for me, looks like i need to pull a leaf out
    more soon
    cheers

If you take a leaf out that may stop the rear touching as well Paul.

so its been a while, hotrod willys has been hibernating in the naughty corner so i could work on my escort, i decided it was the year we were going to dragstalgia to play in the willys wars (about time i know) we looked into a recover truck (dont like trailers) bit dear, sod it, its a street car, i'll drive the bugger there
hmm bit of an eye opener, furthest ive driven it in one go since it was built, still got a small vibration that we really need to get fixed, and theres a couple of other jobs now on the list to mod, but really pleased with how it went. ran a 15.1 out the box, then had a go shiftin it manually and ran 14.5, not to bad for a street car.
can i say a big thankyou to Jack Tracy and Harry for being my weekend and saturday crew, and all the willys wars family for a brilliant weekend
    cheers
