Our own "Pop Brown" (Kris Brown) here in the UK sells aluminium radiators for Pops/Anglias, including a heavy duty `Big block` version, which has proven popular (no pun intended ) over the years!. Chris is very helpful and been a UK rodder since the `60s.

I would think that any of the big US rodding radiator suppliers (Walkers, Brassworks, Griffin etc) should possibly be able to supply one to fit within the Pop`s slim grill shell too...

Johnny I would of thought with your motor that far back a ally 32 rad would fit or similar , speedway have some good priced upright universal rads
Any advice or help given is actually based on having done the job, not read about doing it or Googling it.

This week, for the most part, will be spent working on the rear end install. Spent a lot of today making a list of parts to source out to eventually order. Radiator, steering column, brake pedal assy, tail lights, headlights, front wheels, tires, sway bar.

According to the measurements supplied by Sanderson, they should be very close. Might have to trim and reshape the rear bottom of the front fender a bit. I'll post photos in a couple weeks.

Hi Jay, considering Sanderson`s measurement from the header flange to the first downward bend of the headers is 9-1/4", I assume that you`ll be cutting away some of the Pops inner flitch panel (inner fender panel) as shown in your photo below, underneath where the rear half of the fender bolts to the body, to allow body clearance for the headers to fit over the frame rails?...

Most likely some will have to be excised. Any precautionary advice?

The body will be fixed to the frame at that point (either welded or riveted), before cutting make sure the body is well braced both diagonally and longitudinally to prevent any movement once cutting starts. If too much movement happens you could experience problems with panel (fenders/doors/hood etc) alignment later on!...

Rear wheels and tires arrived yesterday, fronts are due today. First mock up of ride stance confirmed that dropped front spindles will be used! Today the rear install begins!

New rear half of the chassis is now in place. Today we'll mount the lower control arms for the four link, then add two additional cross members so the upper upper control arms and coil over shocks can be mounted. It's slowly coming together!
