    Most e mails automatically shrink the size of a photo,so just send the image to yourself,save it ,then upload the smaller image

    Or use a photo resizing software such as 'Shrink Pic'.

    hello, using google chrome, i get to upload pic,select it then it comes up failed.. help please.......

    Check the size of the file - it needs to be under 2mb.

    Go to the picture and place arrow on it, right click and go to properties it will give you the file size,

    tried downloading that shrink program, will not download, might be my pc ...think will give up,thanks anyway...

    Most pic tools should have an ability to shrink or re-size them, I had to search through mine to find it but they do work.

    Another quick way to shrink a photo in size is to send it on WhatsApp message to yourself ,then save it on your phone,final size depends on what you start with I guess,I only did it once.
