    80's style gasser

    This Picture was taken, I think, in 1981 behind the pit lane grandstand at the pod, wouldn't look out of place today!
    anybody know any more details?

    Ian let me drive it about at the Nats, you certainly got a good view. The steering rack was mounted to the axle with a sliding joint to the coloum. It seemed to steer ok even on the rough ground at Knebworth. I seem to recall that it originally had a Ford V6.
