    4 x 114.3 (4.5") wheel, what are my choices?

Looking for suggestions for some skinny(ish) wheels to fit an MGB GT front end on a pop. 4 x 114.3mm (4.5") PCD, preferably with a positive offset. What have people used in the past?

I've checked out some options, just looking for some first hand experience. I'm thinking steels

I've got some skinny steels lurking in the cupboard. I'm sure the are 4.5x15 or 4x15 with 4x4.5 pcd.

Scimitar and early 4-stud Falcon and Mustang used 4 x 4-1/2" PCD. Scimitar slot mags are something like 14" x 6" and the Falcon wheels (and maybe the Mustang?) are 13" x 5" or 5-1/2", so none particularly skinny. Did things like MG Magnettes use the same pattern?

Yes 4x15 they have approximately 3.5" back spacing. Stud pattern is 4.5x5 pcd. They will need shot blasting but are straight. I want £60 For them collection only.

Are they 4 stud or 5 stud? Your last message says 4

There are quite a few Japanese cars that came on 4x114.3mm pcd and they often had fairly skinny wheels on the base models. Or, if you found a steel wheel in a width you like but the wrong pcd you could re-rim them with a suitable centre. I've gone the other way and made a variety of wider wheels using the old Ford wide five centres and rims from taxis and Discoveries, for example.
