Have read the T bucket may be the one featured as a build in progress by Mark Tomlinson in Hot Rod and Custom Nov 1981 . Anyone know the history of the T ?

That could be tricky to get registered if there are no number plates to give a clue to its identity. Assuming it has been registered in the past, and if it was done correctly (e.g. not as a Ford Anglia, or whatever), it could be difficult to get its age confirmed by chassis number alone (if one can even be found).

I see Desperado didn't sell on eBay, can't say I'm surprised going by the condition of it now.

Lifted from a thread on the same subject on the Retro Rides forum...
I thought that Model T looked familiar and looking back through some old mags I found this in Hot Rod & Custom from November 1981 as a work in progress. Built by Mark Tomlinson. So many of the details are the same I'm 99% sure it's the same car. Don't know if the finished version was ever featured.

The Model T has just sold for £6200 and the Dodge Bros Coupe for £11800, think that's hammer price so add 20% to those.
