Or even the v6 or what about a 3.3 gm straight 6 I made 1 good one out of 2 engines for my viscount. The first block had a ticking sound it was a triangle hole in the 3rd cylinder?

made some progress on the grille, made a few error's along the way,but quite happy with it, need's filler finishing...
so sept/oct/nov ,i was busy doing this dodge ram for my uncle, he started out repairing a few rust holes, year later i visited it was in a pile of bit's in the garden, so was now beyond his capability's, so i was drafted into help, worse bit's were the doors inner & outer had completely gone.... a lot of swearing on my part.. it was on an army base for a while colour green, then a fire truck at a race track, hence why it's red & light's /sticker's to go back on, not a show truck, but a solid work horse as he wanted...
the grille shell has took quite a few man hour's, but pleased with the end result, all primed now....

The grille is looking good - the test will be when people look at the finished car and can't quite place what looks different about it. The workshop is good too. Is that a big paint and body shop?

Ok I’ve just found the 1988 mag that the y I tried to describe is in. Owned by Ken barrow. I used to see it when he came to work at metal box Braunstone leicester.

hi rem,i hope i get that reaction and make people stop and think, yes it's the bodyshop where i work, lucky enough to do bit's when quiet..
that's one cool Y, i would have been 18 back then, i lived in coalville back then, not far from braunstone, shame i never come across it....
so made a start on the n/s door, replaced the rotten wood with steel & the lower steel piece was quite bad on the lip, so made a replica part. will need some strengthener's once i have the hinges in place, this is as far as it go's at the moment while i'm waiting for the suicide hinges, will need to get an english wheel as well for doing the skin's...
Very nice work yet again. Have you had a go at the camper or is that on the back burner.

Good for you. Its not easy to balance life family and projects. There's always something to do at any time of the year.
