Headlight bar is a modified Model T one, the stock bar doesn't have those two ears welded on. The headlights have a separate bracket that bolts on top of the wing mounts shown, but does not allow for much in the way of adjustment. Those added "ears" allow headlights with conventional ball socket mounts to be fitted, giving you more alignment adjustment.

The only issue with it I can see is that if you want to remove it without taking the wing mounts off, you have to rotate it to unscrew it from the wing mounts (they have LH & RH threads to enable this) & there's a danger that those ears will hit the grille shell stopping you from doing so. It's also a way of aligning the wings so that they are level, as I found out when I removed mine & the wings dropped down to a level position, meaning my bar was an inch too short!!! This is being rectified now!

That 28/29 fender brace looks like a front to me? If it is, I'll take it.
